Midterm Project

UC Berkeley || Fall '18

This introduction to visual representation and drawing course explores the rich, dynamic, historical, theoretical, and conceptual nature of flat representational space. Through structured observations and explorations of contours/ambiguity, we focused on architectural theories and concepts of crop, void, shadow, time, reflection, and movement. All projects shown are free-handed drawings and compositions with graphite, chalk pastel, and colored bristol.
